Qualifications:

· BS in Human Services or related field desired or equivalent education/experience

· Demonstrated passion for working with the elderly. Experience working with seniors preferred.

· Possess strong leadership, managerial, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

· Independently and under the direction of the Board, lead, guide, and direct senior programs and services.

· Develops and maintains a comprehensive and coordinated service delivery system to area seniors and individuals with disabilities.

· Ensure financial stability and explore opportunities to supplement the programs through community outreach and grants.

· Understand and provide support, maintaining strong relationships with staff, program participants, and the community.

Salary: Negotiable Salaried Exempt position
