```Duties```

- Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational activities and lesson plans
- Provide support and guidance to students in their learning and development
- Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment for students
- Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Help with the preparation and organization of materials and resources for lessons
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized classroom space

```Skills```

- Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: Previous experience working with students, especially in a preschool or childcare setting, is highly desired.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with students, parents/guardians, and other staff members.
- Classroom Management: Ability to assist with maintaining a positive and structured classroom environment.
- Lesson Planning: Basic knowledge of lesson planning and curriculum development is beneficial.
- Toddler Care: Experience working with toddlers and knowledge of their developmental needs is a plus.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills are necessary for assisting students with math-related activities.
