We are dedicated to providing compassionate care to our service area. CFA is seeking Master’s level Mental Health Clinicians to join our growing team in Mid-Eastern Connecticut.
Requirements of the Mental Health Clinician
· Master's Degree in Social Service or related field (MSW, Marriage & Family Counseling, MA in Counseling, Psychology, etc.
· Mental Health / Counseling Experience (clinical internship)
· Must be a licensed mental health counselor (LMSW, PCa, MFTa, LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
Responsibilities of the Mental Health Clinician
· Treat and diagnose clients
· Develop treatment and diagnostic plans
· Collaborate with multidisciplinary, clinical team
· Actively participate in supervision
· Complete documentation in compliance with licensing requirements

Salaries begin at $50,000 for outpatient settings $52,000-$55,000 for community-based and child welfare programs. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is being offered to successful candidates ($1,000 in your first month and $1,000 after 6 months).
Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred with significant pay differential offered.
