The Truck/Inventory Organizer is an integral part of our team at Chick-fil-A Eagle Pass. It is essential to keep the restaurant clean, organized, and ready to receive inventory each and every day. As the Truck/Inventory Organizer, you will be responsible for the organization of the inventory and ensure the rotation of products by using the First In First Out (FIFO) method. You will also check products for any damage and ensure cold products are within the safe temperature zone. You must have great organizational skills, the ability to lift 50lbs or heavier, bend down, climb ladders, and move with a sense of urgency. Must be able to arrive to work at 4am.

Requirements

Duties

• Maintain LEAN inventory
• Ensure truck team stocks food by FIFO (first in first out) system
• Keep all storage neatly organized
• All boxes in correct location
• Boxes cut open neatly
• All items labeled
• Ensure all chicken boxes are labeled with ‘Date Received’
• Ensure invoice is marked with a check mark for items received
• Train new truck Team members
• Order truck using suggested ordering
• Ensure enough product for the day
• Communication on item updates to leadership team
