Role Summary

Work when you want to! If you want to have flexibility with working this is the position for you! Choose to work in three-four hour increments. This position requires you to work a minimum of 15 hours per month. 

As an On-Demand Team Member (ODTM), You work when you want to after completing your mandatory training.

• On-Demand Hours - You probably have commitments to your family, friends, school, or sports teams. What if you had a job where you could work when you want to? Well as an on-demand team member here at Chick-fil-A Kettering you can!
• Closed Sundays - All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.
• Work Directly With A Chick-fil-A Operator - The Operator is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who invests time in his or her employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.
