Part Time Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Speed and accuracy of guest orders

• Coaching the behaviors of all team members who work drive-thru and front counter.

Behaviors include:

o Proper bagging to ensure accurate orders of high-quality food

o Using the proper amount of condiments

o Maintaining a clean and organized workplace

o Implementation and enforcing innovations that will aid in improving Operational Excellence

o Aligning daily practices of the Drive-Thru with the Vision of the organization

o Delivering daily and weekly Drive Thru performance reports 

Key Traits:

Part Time Operations Manager should:

• Work a minimum of 25-30 hours per week in the restaurant

• Focus on systematically and effectively communicating all Drive-Thru related goals to Team Members

• Combine critical thinking and practical leadership to create a culture of innovation
