We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Director to join our team.

High quality management is an integral part to our restaurant’s success. Coaching and leading the team members while maintaining a positive work culture is essential to having a successful restaurant operation.

Your Impact:

• Managing and Developing a team of 90
• Collaborate with the Leadership Team to create and implement new policies/procedures
• Maintaining a work environment that ensures food safety
• Scheduling and Labor Management
• Providing high quality guest experiences
• Reporting directly to the General Manager to discuss the current/future state of the store

Prior experience as a restaurant general manager, catering manager, operations manager, supervisor, or Restaurant assistant general manager very helpful to your success at this job.
