As our Marketing Director you will be responsible for helping us engage and grow our customer base in a way that honors Chick-fil-A's brand standards and fulfills the vision of this franchise. As a member of our leadership team you will be expected to work with extreme ownership of the business, with a goal-oriented mindset, and be a culture-setter in our organization. The leaders in our business are empowered to make decisions that are in the best interest of our team and our guests. As a member of our Leadership Team, you will be responsible to:

• Create a great culture where our guests and team members are cared for
• Manage the restaurant's social media platforms to optimize for maximum engagement
• Design marketing campaigns that maximize guest engagement and help grow brand awareness and affinity
• Identify creative ways to engage our guests that adds value to them personally because of their interaction with our brand
• Design content that is on-brand for both internal and external distribution
• Create in-restaurant events that engage our guests and encourage them to create memories with their loved ones
• Manage and evaluate relationships with community partners
• Design and present partnership packages to organizations in our community in order to strengthen our brand and grow our restaurant's presence in our community
• Create and implement a system for evaluating and executing a giving strategy for our restaurant
• Taking extreme ownership of your area of the business while also offering insight and support to other leaders on the team
• Working with speed and efficiency to serve our guests and be a good steward of your time
• Demonstrating a positive attitude and spirit of teamwork
• Responsible for serving our guests in the restaurant for 25-30 hours a week with the flexibility to utilize their remaining hours as needed to grow our brand
• Have a competitive spirit and be motivated by continued growth and team success
