Your Impact

• Provide hospitality and positive influence within your team and the community
• Assist in developing a monthly marketing plan, ideas to increase transaction count, check average and catering sales
• Taking part in our existing community events as well as helping to develop new ways for us to stay involved
• Leading up Chick-fil-A Leader Academy; an operator led initiative to encourage community involvement in our local schools
• Upper management and leadership growth opportunities, including Team Lead, Shift Lead, and Director positions

Background Profile

• Must be 18 or older
• Comfortable in answering our guests' questions both in person and over the phone
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
• Positive attitude, coachable
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
