Job Description:
The Front of House (FOH) Manager for Chick-fil-A at Frederick North is responsible for all operational activities associated with the front of the restaurant. The FOH Manager is prepared to execute daily excellence across a full spectrum of operational activities at the operational and tactical level. The FOH Manger remains in close daily contact with the Director of Operations. The FOH Manager sets the standard for “Operational Excellence” and leads by example while mentoring and developing the Front of House Team.
