Overview: To ensure operational excellence with facility management
Reports to: Facilities & Inventory Director and BOH Director
Direct Reports: none
Responsibilities:
● Works with Facilities Director to create a strategy for facility management
● Fixes all broken things in the restaurant in an efficient manner
● Executes maintenance calendar (Boil-outs, weekly cleanings, etc)
● Leads monthly maintenance team which meets 1x/month for 3-4 hours either early
morning or late night to do monthly maintenance on equipment
● Fixes broken equipment throughout the BOH & FOH. Communicates facilities and repair
needs to the appropriate parties
● Leads landscaping team and ensures that landscaping is always at an A level
● Executes mulching, weeding, seeding and all other landscaping tasks
● Executes exterior building maintenance (shoveling, parking lot clean up, powerwashing,
flag, etc)
● Puts away the truck in an efficient and organized manner
● Submits credit reimbursement requests online in an organized manner
● Executes truck ordering- keeps travel path and build to’s up-to-date
● Assists with End of Month count on the last day of the month during the morning
● Maintains proper inventory levels
● Helps find product from other stores when stock is too low
● Ensures inventory is well organized and lean
● Ensures that shifts are running smoothly and we are delivering Remarkable experiences
to guests
● Demonstrates ownership of respective areas and communicates victories/challenges to
Facilities Director and BOH Director
● All other tasks as assigned

Leadership Time - 0-15 hours/week
Requirements:
● Ability to lift 50 pounds
● Full-time (33 hours). Mostly open availability.
● Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
● Available to close at least two nights/week (with one of those being Friday or Saturday)
● Available to open at 6am five days/week
