Reports to : Operator and Executive Director

As the Director of Sales and Brand Growth, your primary role is to drive the restaurant's growth and success through cultivating emotional connections, increasing sales, and expanding community influence.

Leveraging digital resources and community engagement, you will implement strategies to attract new customers while nurturing existing ones across all ordering platforms.

Your responsibilities include effective communication of marketing events to both the team and the community.

Objective : To elevate the restaurant's presence in the community and achieve measurable improvements in sales performance and brand reach.

Responsibilities :

• Set and monitor monthly and annual outside sales goals for catering and Chick-fil-A Delivery.
• Identify and develop a leadership pipeline to support sales and brand expansion.
• Ensure consistent execution of sales and brand growth strategies.
• Organize and oversee events both within and outside the restaurant.
• Represent Chick-fil-A at various community functions.
• Provide oversight and assistance to Chick-fil-A Delivery operations.
• Cultivate relationships with local community leaders, business owners, and educators to strengthen our brand in Effingham and surrounding areas.
• Develop comprehensive annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with our strategic objectives, including social media and Spotlight utilization.
• Create and execute a detailed marketing calendar based on the monthly plan.
• Manage all digital platforms including website, social media, etc.
• Expand the user base for Spotlight and actively manage the platform.
• Ensure effective utilization of the Cow mascot both in-store and at community events.
• Respond to all donation requests within three days of submission.
• Manage promotional merchandise and marketing inventory.
• Maintain updated marketing graphics on the community board monthly or quarterly.
• Implement seasonal changes to Point-of-Purchase signage and menu items / pricing.
• Provide operational support during non-peak outside sales periods.
• Assist with daily operational tasks as needed.
• Lead special projects as assigned by the Owner / Operator

Success Measures :

• Achieve overall sales growth goals.
• Maintain sales growth consistently above the chain average.
• Increase transaction count and check average.
• Grow outside sales and Chick-fil-A App usage to constitute at least 50% of sales.
• Expand the user base for Spotlight.
• Drive growth in Chick-fil-A Delivery services.
