Team Members must be available to work a minimum of two (2) shifts per week, and have weekend availability. As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll take ownership of making sure each guest is cared for by fulfilling roles in the Dining Room, Front Counter, and Drive-Thru areas. Whether you’re taking orders at the register, refilling beverages in the dining room, or expediting orders in the drive thru, our Team Members are always creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Team Member Expectations & Responsibilities:

• Develop trust with our guests by providing excellent customer service and anticipating and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm in the following ways: taking and finalizing orders, preparing and refreshing beverages, serving meals, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items at all times.
• Perform all food-related, storage, & cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards that comply with all federal, state, & local regulatory procedures.

Required Skills, Competencies & Traits:

• Willingness to be used in all Front of House positions.
• Ability to multitask and work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace- hustle is a must!
• Comfortable using technology such as training tablets, multiple POS systems, and multiple cell phone applications.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including but not limited to standing for hours at a time, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50lbs.
• Willingness to work outside in various weather conditions, such as the cold, heat, and light rain.
• Knowledge of all menu items including seasonal promotion items.
• Ability to work well under pressure by maintaining a professional composure in stressful situations.
• Commitment to personal and professional development.
• Previous hospitality, customer service, or restaurant experience preferred but not required!
