RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures that the kitchen day shift is executed with excellence.
- Assists other team leaders with running breaks, speed and accuracy of service, preparing food in a safe and clean environment, and serving high-quality food.
- Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to the Operations Director.
- Serves as subject matter expert for all tasks for the BOH.
- Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
- Assists in other additional areas such as food safety, trucking, scheduling, and more!
