**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in various front-of-house duties to ensure exceptional customer service and smooth restaurant operations.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner

- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff

- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area

- Handle cash and POS transactions with precision

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery

- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred

- Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and sanitation practices

- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing

- Sales skills to promote menu items and upsell when appropriate
