- Ability to stand for prolonged periods (entire shift), walk, bend, kneel, squat, stand
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Must be available until close(10PM) at least 3 days a week
- Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
- Maintain food safety standard by ensuring the dishes are properly washed, rinsed, sanitized, and dried
- Ensure the dishes are completely clean of grease and food debris
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation, keeping the floors clean of excess water, cleaning the sinks in between washes, cleaning the dishwasher, etc
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager
- Change and compact all trash and boxes throughout the night
- Scrape and clean the Henny and Fry filters on weekly basis
- Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
