Role Overview:
We're seeking a personable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Cincinnati as a Cashier/Customer Service Representative. In this dual role, you'll handle customer transactions and provide excellent service to ensure a positive experience for all our clients and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately
• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases
• Provide information about our services and address client questions promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing when needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling transactions
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must be based in or near Cincinnati, Ohio
