Front of House Leader (Customer Service)

Pay Rate: $22-$25/hour

Chick-fil-A South Walton is looking for a high-level leader to execute its FOH operations. We are looking for a candidate with Leadership experience not necessarily in the restaurant industry. We are looking for someone that has experience growing themselves and growing other leaders and has a high capacity to learn, grow, and deliver a great guest and team member experience. Starting wages $22-$25/hr based on experience and availability.

Qualities we are looking for in a Leader.

 Has leadership experience specifically with large teams.

 Ability to handle high pace high pressure environment.

 Experience making a schedule.

 Ability to do inventory.

 Ability to work Saturdays.

 Work with a multi-cultural environment

 Ability to work with budgets.

 Has experience growing other leaders.

 Knows how to conduct interviews and hire team members.

 Ability to run day to day operations.
