• Lead and support the completion of the closing checklists to ensure the restaurant is clean and
stocked prior to departure.
• Responsible for the operations and engagement of the entire closing Front of House, and Drive Thur.
• Communicate complex issues in a timely manner to respective Directors for guidance and follow-up.
• Audit operations in drive thru, dining room, and front of house on an hourly basis or more if
deemed necessary.
• Partner with respective Director to report any team member/team leader performance concerns.
• Provide closing team leaders with specific direction while following up to ensure tasks are
completed.
• Walk the entire restaurant prior to departure to ensure cleanliness and stocking expectations have
completed.
• Respectfully address and coach team member/team leader performance when desired results are
not followed or fulfilled.
• Lead special projects and/or captainships assigned by your respective Director.
