Everyone starts as an entry-level team member, and we provide the training and path you need to be successful and grow from there. As a Back of House Team Member, some of your responsibilities could include:
- Preparing and cooking chicken
- Preparing fruits and vegetables
- Ensuring proper food safety and cleanliness standards are met
- Working in a team environment
- Preparing and assembling guests orders to Chick-fil-A quality standards
Qualifications include:
- Prior work experience in guest service is a plus but not required
- Strong work ethic
