JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interacting with customers; including receiving orders, processing sales transactions, and managing customer issues.
• Training, motivating, and recognizing team members.
• Coaching, mentoring, and ensuring team member accountability.
• Creating the team member lineup, managing breaks, and assisting in inventory management at the shift level.
• Communicating employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling.
• Strictly adhering to all Company policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a source of reliable transportation.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand 8 hours at times.
• Must be able to work 2 p.m. - 11 p.m., Monday - Saturday. (You will receive a weekday off.)
• Previous experience serving as a Shift Lead, Team Lead, Manager, etc. in a restaurant environment is very important.
