Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Wash and organize dishes for the kitchen
• Perform scheduled cleanings throughout the kitchen, front counter, dining room and parking lot.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on all equipment.
• Assist other kitchen positions by performing various tasks such as chicken thawing rotation, preparing hot/cold prep items, monitoring trash levels, etc.
• Assist front & back of house with all needs during peak, busy hours
• Prepare lemonade, tea, coffee base, milkshake toppings, etc for front of house.
• Help organize and put away inventory, restocking.
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness throughout the day

Job Characteristics:

• 25-40 Hours per week
• Must be knowledgeable with equipment, machinery and has prior maintenance experience.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including Saturdays.
