Pay Type:

• Starting at $8.50-$12.00/hr, commensurate with availability and experience

• Must be comfortable using a cash register

• Must be comfortable working outside

• Ability to multitask

• Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace

Responsibilities:

• Exhibit a positive & servant’s heart attitude with every customer and team interaction

• Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected

• Operating the POS at the front counter

• Looking for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer

• Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the front counter

• Delivering orders to customers in the dining area and cars in the parking lot

• Checking for product quality and consistency

• Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures

• Willing to assist in other stations in the front of house besides as a cashier, such as monitor, dining room

• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items

• Complete all tasks as assigned
