• Safe Daily Critical’s are executed three times daily, Food Safety Walk-through is completed and evaluated daily
• AHA hold time performance is in top 20% of chain 
• Food Waste- < .50 positive gap and < .5 net
• Scheduling- productivity meets or exceeds monthly goal
