Role Description...Chick-fil-A back of house team members extend care to our fellow team members through hospitable interactions. Our high caliber team members fulfill their role with friendly smiles, an enthusiastic tone of voice, eye contact, and of course, giving a heartfelt "My Pleasure" when thanked by one of our guests or fellow team members. We thoroughly train our kitchen team members in all other responsibilities.

Competitive Compensation...Our minimum wage for full-time (30 hours plus per week) is the living wage for Hamilton County, Tennessee. There are also ample opportunities to earn more by learning more. We also have part-time kitchen team positions available (entry level wages vary for part-time kitchen team members or minors).
