Back of House (Full-Time) Job Description:

Objective: To prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards and delivering REMARKable food to our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in keeping the kitchen clean at all times
• Be able to work a position quickly and effectively
• Be physically able to maintain a fast pace for extended periods of time
• Be able to lift up to 25 lbs
• Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Supervisor
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training
• Be a team player
• Maintain a positive and teachable attitude, with continuous improvement in mind Execute food safety and adhere to local health department guidelines at all times Adhere to store policies and procedures
