Position:
This Full Time Cold Prep Position is for our Back of House Production Team. We are looking to add to our already stellar group of Team Members that prepares or fresh salads, fruits, yogurts and our delicious biscuits everyday. This position requires availability between 6am and 8:30pm as our shifts can run in 6-8hr. increments any given day.
Our prep team is responsible for all processes involved with our produce and cold items including, proper food handling, storing, basic preparation, and assembly of all menu items. Morning shifts include preparation of our delicious Chick-fil-A biscuits that are all made in house each morning from scratch.

Pay:
Our Full Time Prep position begins at $18 per hour. We know that one of the first things applicants consider when looking for a job is compensation. Additional Benefits:
We offer scholarships yearly that can range from $2500 at the local level and team members also have the opportunity to be recognized nationally for a $25000 True Inspiration scholarship from Chick-fil-A. We offer tuition discounts for Liberty University that allows team members to receive a 15% discount to online courses.

Insurance is offered to all employees during open enrollment yearly and team members are eligible with either full or part time hours.

We offer complimentary break food on each shift worked so team members that are working full time hours or longer shifts are able to get delicious Chick-fil-A.

OUR LOCATION ONLY, WILL BE CLOSED AT 9PM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That means no more working till midnight then having to get back home and study till two or three in the morning. If In high school, your parents know that nearly any night you are scheduled you can be home by ten. We have made this change as another benefit to our team members. We know the late night shifts can be demanding, especially for those still in school. We truly focus on our team members and hope to create an schedule that allows you the freedom you need to balance work and home.

Our scheduling is all create and communicated digitally which allows team members the freedom to create schedules that work for them. You provide your availability, we make the schedule and you come to work. If you have an event that comes up and you are scheduled to work, release your shift and one of your co-workers may be able to cover it for you. If you want to pick up more hours, send out a message to your co-workers and you can pick up their shifts. Its that simple. Need time off, submit a request a week in advance and you will be good to go.
