Chick-fil-A is seeking a Hiring Manager to assist with all interviewing, development and onboarding at our location. The Hiring Manager conducts interviews with candidates, and focuses on developing a high-caliber, customer-focused, and striving-for-excellence team. The Hiring Manager understands, supports, and integrates Chick-fil-A’s values and mission statement in each event, employee interaction, and community engagement, and at times, functions as an HR Assistant. The Hiring Manager should be involved with the team and operations of the restaurant to build a rapport and set the standard of being a team player. The Hiring Manager reports directly to the Senior Director of Training and Development and works closely with the leadership team of Chick-fil-A North Collins St.
