RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and manage back-of-house operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Utilize food service management skills to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Supervise kitchen staff and provide guidance on food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety
  • Manage inventory control to minimize waste and optimize food costs
  • Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
  • Train new kitchen team members to maintain high standards of performance
  • Utilize hospitality management skills to create a positive work environment and promote teamwork
  • Implement kitchen management strategies to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
  • Utilize customer service skills to address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
