Sr. Software Engineer – Test (Multiple Positions), Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Inc., Chicago, IL. Develop software for testing framework. Assist Manager and Lead Engineer in identifying automation opportunities and testability challenges with the application. Implement process changes and efficiencies by detecting project risks. Develop and implement designs for automated testing framework. Collaborate with internal teams and external support groups. Create and maintain SDLC artifacts and facilitate artifact reviews. Ensure team members are complying with SDLC process. Contribute towards planning, designing and formulating test scenarios. Modify software programs to improve performance.40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Languages, Science, or a related field, and two (2) years of related work experience. Must have two (2) years of experience with/in:· Java technology and multi-threading;· Using SQL in Oracle;· Middleware messaging using Tibco RV or IBM MQ;· ATDD framework such as FIT/FITnesse, Cucumber, JBehave, or Messaging Protocols; and· Writing automated tests.Telecommuting permitted up to three (3) days per week.To apply, please email resume to: careers@cmegroup.com and reference: IL0123.
