As part of Windy City Motorcycle Company, Used Motorcycle Store (UMS) is an online pre-owned motorcycle dealership designed to capture both the enormous used motorcycle marketplace and customer’s increasing use of online retail for purchasing and financing vehicles.

Powersports customer’s acceptance of purchasing and financing vehicles online has rapidly increased over the past few years, and this trend is expected to continue to grow in the years to come. UMS is focused on developing the online model to reach and engage customers nationwide through this channel. YOUR NATIONAL ONLINE PRE-OWNED MOTORCYCLE DEALERSHIP

Position Overview:
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and dynamic Vice President to generate and execute the strategic direction and drive the day-to-day performance of online sales and financing of vehicles. Ideally, candidates for this role will possess significant experience in e-commerce Direct-to-Consumer sales of vehicles and related financial products. As part of the senior leadership of Windy City MotorcycleCompany, the Vice President of UMS will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the
execution of the UMS business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy:
Generate sales and revenue from online presence nationwide. Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans that are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives and deliver exponential growth.

Team Leadership: Build and maintain a high-performing team, providing leadership, guidance, support, and development opportunities. Maintain relationships with key vendors and partners that align with the needs of UMS.

Sales Performance: Deliver aggressively increasing sales volumes while meeting gross profit targets, including developing sales and marketing initiatives, facilitating inventory acquisition, and developing process improvements necessary to continue to scale the operation.

Brand Management: Ensure the UMS Brand and reputation are cultivated and developed nationally through marketing initiatives, the customer experience, and product and service quality levels delivered.

Business Development: Identify and implement innovative technologies and systems to enhance the business. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and business processes, while delivering bottom-line results in line with budgets/forecasts.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.

Preferred proven track record of sales success via phone, internet, and digital platforms in a senior leadership role, preferably within the vehicle, e-commerce, or retail industry. Results-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and excellence.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.

Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans. Proficiency in leveraging technology and data analytics to drive operational excellence.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the industry preferred.
