Join the team a Chicago Cardiology Institute (CCI). We are a premier cardiology and vascular group with offices in Schaumburg and Oak-Park. Our well- respected cardiologists provide academic level care to the patients assisted by an incredible array of diagnostic and imaging equipment including a CT scanner, PET scanner, Sleep lab and outpatient Vascular Center.

We are looking to add a Medical Group Business Development Specialist to support the growth initiatives of the practice. The successful candidate will have a professional demeanor, be able to build relationships with medical practices in the area to increase the referral base and market the capabilities the practice offers.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist in the development of digital as well as print marketing materials.
• Work closely with management to create a marketing strategy for our existing and new service lines.
• Reach out to existing Referral sources to build keep them updated about CCI service lines.
• Promote the growth strategy through Identifying, initiating contact and establishing relationships with new referral sources
• Assist in spreading the awareness of CCI Services in the community.

·Researching organizations and individuals to facilitate the establishment of relationships.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration, marketing or related field preferred.

*Experience in Healthcare marketing and/ or business development- cardiology or vascular marketing experience is a plus.

*Great communication skills and professional demeanor

*Ability to work in both CCI offices and in the field for referral outreach.

Schedule: Part time or Full time, hours are negotiable
