CHI St. Alexius is looking for a Projects Administrative Coordinator to join the team!
Supports clinic operations by performing duties impacting and or directly working with front line workers. This position performs administrative tasks including or similar to epic template management, scheduling meetings, trainings, and/or clinic scheduling, and preparing presentations, agendas, and/or reports.

QualificationsAssociates degree in management or healthcare related field or
1-2 years’ experience managing projects of varying size and complexity
Demonstrates strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel or google versions)
Excellent written, interpersonal and oral communication skills.
Proven track record in project management; implementation from concept to execution is highly desirable..
Excellent problem solving skills desirable.
Self-motivated with a focus on process-improvement preferred.
