Position Available: Retail Sales Associate

Location: Paso Robles, and San Luis Obispo CA

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the right durable medical equipment tailored to their needs and lifestyle
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed explanations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean and inviting retail environment, including organizing merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment field
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to help others
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience
• Basic computer proficiency for sales transactions and inventory management
• Knowledge of durable medical equipment is an asset but not required; we provide comprehensive training
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset
• Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries over the phone
