Customer Service Representative
TransPak N San Jose $20 /hr Customer Service Representative TransPak N San Jose 520 N Marburg Way, San Jose, CA 95133 The CSR provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests. Duties include processing customer orders, changes, and returns according to established department policies and procedures. Working closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items. Partnering with the sales team to meet and exceed customers service expectations. Communicating via email and phone call. Ability to prioritize, work independently and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor is essential. Attendance must be expected and reliable. Other projects as assigned.
