Documents and shares lessons learned. Adopt digital tools as rolled out for use and provide feedback to product owners. The selected candidate must be able to prepare develop schedule in primavera, compare with historical data and challenge vendor/ contractor schedules when needed. Accountable for scheduling turnarounds using Primavera P6 software following CVX scheduling standards. Work with Project Control Leads and Planner on duration and critical path estimate. Review schedule progress and validate on a regular basis with turnaround team. Develop integrated schedules including pre-TA and project work. Participate in schedule assurance reviews with Planning & Scheduling advisor as needed. During turnaround execution, communicate critical path, SCS, and any other areas of concern. Document all lessons learned from all Phases of turnaround planning. Adopt digital tools as rolled out for use and provide feedback to product owners. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent Possess a valid driver's license with a safety record. Experience working in an Industrial Maintenance environment is required, 5 years preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other similar business software systems.
