District Sales/Marketing Relationship Manager - Chet's Cleaning Inc.

Responsibilities:

1. Relationship Building and Referral Development:

• Establish and maintain relationships with businesses that can refer Chet's Cleaning on a consistent basis.
• Develop connections with staff members to ensure widespread awareness of our services and encourage consistent referrals.
• Conduct regular visits to referral associates within the Metro Detroit area,
• Maintain detailed documentation of route stops and update records regularly for efficient tracking and analysis.
• Continuously evaluate the performance of referral associates and adjust routes as needed to optimize referrals.

2. Business Expansion and Marketing Development:

• Identify and pursue new sources of referral business to enhance our network and broaden our reach.
• Actively seek out opportunities to add new businesses to our referral network, with a target of adding 4 new referrals per month.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at increasing Chet's Cleaning Inc.'s market share.
• Participate in monthly association meetings and networking events to represent Chet's Cleaning and attract new business opportunities.

3. Protection Sales and Product Education:

• Promote and market Fiber Protector America's premium protection products to designers, high-end carpet and rug stores, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct demonstrations and set up displays to showcase the benefits of premium protection products.
• GDWA, WCR, HBA, BNI and any other networking groups that will help bring in new business.
• Sell retail wholesale products to retailers and dry cleaners, fostering partnerships and driving sales growth.
• Ensure the maintenance and visibility of product displays at designated locations.

4. Marketing Material Development:

• Develop marketing materials tailored to support route sales efforts, including brochures targeting specific industries such as real estate and restoration contractors.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Commitment to upholding high standards of client care and integrity.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
• Desire to work closely with professionals in the design, textile, rug, and furniture industries is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
