Responsibilities

  • Promptly and professionally respond to all inquiries for admission, ensuring potential clients feel supported and at ease.
  • Conduct detailed screenings to gather essential information, leading to accurate referrals for admission.
  • Efficiently complete all necessary pre-admission tasks to ensure a seamless appointment experience for clients.
  • Review clinical documentation to determine eligibility and suitability for admission.
  • Execute comprehensive assessments to align with residential service requirements.
  • Achieve or surpass assigned service levels, ensuring high-quality care and support.
  • Actively participate in meetings, program development, and continuous learning opportunities.
  • Champion the recovery model of treatment in all interactions, promoting hope, respect, and empowerment.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service in every interaction.
  • Maintain the utmost confidentiality of all information acquired in the course of job duties.
  • Undertake additional duties as necessary, contributing to the team's effectiveness and the mission of supporting recovery journeys.

Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with a bachelor’s degree and certifications such as Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC), Certified Peer Specialist (CPS), Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS), or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS), combined with five years of experience in mental health, substance use, or social services. A master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field with less than 1,000 hours of supervised mental health experience is also acceptable. Preferred candidates will have a valid driver's license, private automobile insurance, and be insurable. Essential to this role is personal recovery experience and a willingness to share this journey to inspire and educate others. Candidates must have proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Word, email, and electronic medical records (EMR), and be capable of maintaining focus and efficiency while performing tasks such as sitting for extended periods, answering calls, wearing a headset, and performing data entry.
