We are seeking a candidate with a bachelor’s degree and certifications such as Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC), Certified Peer Specialist (CPS), Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS), or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS), combined with five years of experience in mental health, substance use, or social services. A master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field with less than 1,000 hours of supervised mental health experience is also acceptable. Preferred candidates will have a valid driver's license, private automobile insurance, and be insurable. Essential to this role is personal recovery experience and a willingness to share this journey to inspire and educate others. Candidates must have proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Word, email, and electronic medical records (EMR), and be capable of maintaining focus and efficiency while performing tasks such as sitting for extended periods, answering calls, wearing a headset, and performing data entry.
