High school diploma or GED; three years of college coursework and/or related experience planning and implementing outdoor/nature programs; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Knowledge of outdoor skills and programming preferred. First aid and CPR certification preferred but can be certified upon hire. Pre-employment drug testing, FBI criminal background check and education/degree verification required.
Positions will include skilled instructors for Archery and Challenge Course Facilitation and Belay. Functions may include supervising youth and adult participants; directing, planning, and implementing recreational activities for a diverse population; preparing reports. Perform other work as required.
Varies Monday – Sunday. Must be able to work weekends. Hours per week can vary based on need and availability.
