- Previous experience in preschool, nannying, daycare, or childcare settings

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom of young children
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred)
