    Summary of Position:
    The clinical supervisor will oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of evidence-based practices across mental health and behavioral health programs and services. The supervisor is responsible for strategic leadership and oversight of Advanced Clinical Services and Home and Community Services. The supervisor will oversee the recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and oversight of clinical and operational staff. The supervisor will oversee the financial stability of programs through monitoring of expenses and revenues. The position requires quality assurance oversight of programs to ensure compliance with regulations and stakeholder satisfaction. The supervisor will lead in promoting positive relations with local education agencies and the expansion of services into new markets.
    This position reports to the Assistant Director of Student Services. The successful candidate will be responsible to design, train, and ensure implementation of a wide range of student/client educational, community based, and home behavioral programs. The successful candidate will have the authority to direct programs for students/clients.
    Essential Job Responsibilities:
    • Provide strategic oversight and leadership to Coordinators responsible for behavior support/consultative services and specialized assessment/intervention services.
    • Provide strategic oversight and leadership to Coordinators responsible for delivering Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS).
    • Provide strategic oversight and leadership to Coordinators responsible for providing PCA/RBT services.
    • Oversee the intake process, staff recruitment, training and development, clinical services, billing, and compliance for all assigned programs.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of services offered.
    • Identify opportunities for program expansion and oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote services within new markets.
    • Monitor staffing within clinical services and work with staffing agencies on recruitment strategies.
    • Monitor quarterly revenue targets for clinical services.
    • Evaluate expenses to maximize a cost/benefit ratio.
    • Create and evaluate measures of quality assurance across programs to ensure compliance with regulations.
    • Regularly review and analyze performance data, stakeholder satisfaction, and compliance with regulations to implement continuous improvements.
    • Assist in developing marketing materials (i.e., print, online) to promote services.
    • Oversee the creation and implementation of comprehensive training programs for behavioral and clinical staff, including performance monitoring systems.
    • Oversee investigations into allegations of inappropriate professional conduct and monitor staff injury data to identify training or policy modifications required to prevent future occurrences.
    • Ensure all staff comply with relevant regulations, certifications, and training requirements.
    Essential Job Skills:
    • Oversight of all functions of the Advanced Clinical Services and Home & Community Services
    • Leadership and decision making skills in the area of behavioral health
    • Technical skills in applied behavioral analysis
    • Supervise staff providing services to include BCBAs, licensed BSCs, PCAs, Mental Health Therapists, support staff, etc.
    Qualifications:
    Education and Experience:
    • Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA). - Required
    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with minimum of 5 years of clinical and/or leadership experience in autism and emotional disturbance.
    • 5 years demonstrated professional/administrative experience in leadership and management skills. - Required
    • Established knowledge and expertise in academic and behavioral programming for children with low incidence disabilities. - Required
    • Earned doctorate or enrollment in doctorate program, in psychology, special education or related field - Preferred
    Professional Certifications:
    • PDE Administrative certification (special education supervisor, pupil personnel or principal) - Preferred
    • BCBA - Required
