Chess Park Louge is seeking line cooks who thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will assist our kitchen team across all stations, including participating in food preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with co-workers and fellow line cooks to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Support all stations, including grill, sauté, fry, salad, and dessert
- Assist in food preparation, such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces
- Uphold proper food handling and sanitation procedures at all times
- Adhere to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any supply needs to the kitchen manager
Requirements:
