We are looking for Registered Nurses to join our Thompson Unit. Our Thompson Unit is a 39-bed, mixed-acuity unit that specializes in the medical, surgical, telemetry, and step-down level of care. At Thompson, you can join a committed and talented staff, competent in treating a variety of different diagnoses -- many of them are certified in either medical-surgical nursing or progressive care. You will gain valuable experience treating patients with a variety of medical conditions as well as post-operative patients, including orthopedics, general surgery, urology, cardiology, and occasional GYN surgeries.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care.
• Gather and interpret data through history taking and physical assessments and plan interventions to meet patients’ needs.
• Document care provided and the patient’s progress toward desired outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about the plan of care and how to manage their care after discharge.
• Administer medications to patients as directed.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• Current NH RN License.

Schedule:

• Part-time or full-time, permanent position
• 12-36 hours per week
• Multiple shifts available; days and nights
