Job Title: Main Office Receptionist
Immediate Supervisor : Director of Business and Finance
Location: Severn School: Teel Campus - Grades 6-12
General Summary: 12 Month Full-Time Position with 5 personal days, 5 sick days and 10 vacation days

 Key Responsibilities:
-Understand and support the school mission, vision and philosophy within and outside the school and community
-Signing in visitors
-Answering phone calls and transferring them to the correct recipient
-MyPayments Plus – Lunch accounts
-Postage all outgoing mail
-Delivering the daily mail to the mailboxes
-Maintaining the credit card log
-Logging packages
-Scheduling shredding
-Scheduling package pick-ups as requested
-Ordering supplies as needed
-Handling item drop offs for students
-Selling locks and ties
-Collecting and filing medical forms
-Maintaining the lost & found and end of year display
-Assisting the Head’s assistant as needed 
-Other duties may include assisting the Business Office with HR related filings
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory
