Chesapeake Health & Rehabilitation Center in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking qualified Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nursecandidates to join our growing team as a Nurse Unit Manager.
As a Unit Manager in our healthcare center, you will be at the forefront of helping us achieve our mission of delivering Care Beyond Compare every day. The Unit Manager will oversee clinical operations of the unit that provides services to up to 35 short-stay residents and is responsible for staff supervision of nurses and CNAs, as well as interfacing with physicians, and providing clinical expertise to staff as needed. Customer service skills are important as you will interact frequently with residents and family members. Typical hours are Monday through Friday day shift, with some weekend and on-call duties.
