We are looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Painting Superintendent to join our Dallas team!Bilingual Spanish/English is a must.The ideal candidate will have 4 years in the Painting industry, be knowledgeable in coatings, project sequence, and have experience leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

Manage Painting Crews
Ensure Site Safety & Housekeeping at each job
Oversee accurate reporting of hours, paperwork, equipment & material usage
Establish & Maintain communication with GC Superintendent, Cherry Operations & Project Managers regarding Job Progress
Maintain High Quality of applications, Supervise & Deliver Production Targets
Demonstrate & Lead with Cherry Coatings Core Values

Requirements:

Proven experience in Painting
Able to direct the team with clear & concise direction
Ability to read plans, locate information specifications
Solid written & verbal communication skills in English and Spanish a plus
Comfortable with the use of iPad, cell phones, apps, various technology, etc.
Working knowledge of PlanGrid, Procore, Bluebeam, BIM 360
Reliable, self-motivated, professional
Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation
Able to work Nights, Weekends and some Holidays
Bilingual Spanish/English (preferred)

Additional Job Duties and Qualifications:

Order materials and short orders for each project using iPad for PO’s
Meet with Sales and Project Manager(s) to update the progress of each project
Schedule and perform walks with Employees or Subcontractors for each project
Comply with OSHA regulations and other safety requirements
OSHA 30 is a plus
Must be available to work days and some evening hours if needed
Fueling Ariel Equipment ( Boom Lifts ) as needed
Ability to work outside and some lifting required
Conduct safety meetings and maintain site safety.
Supervise and implement quality control procedures.
Document and track manpower, tools, equipment, material, and progress on site.
Assure work is consistent with construction documents and subcontractor contracts.
Ensure all onsite personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, job site rules, etc
Work hand in hand with Operations and Maintenance Team

Essential Job Requirements:

Ability to lift, carry and/or move 50lbs. frequently.
Use hands and fingers to operate tools and other business machines daily.
Reach, grasp, push & pull with hands and arms in all directions often.
Walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb stairs, climb ladders & climb scaffolding, sit and stand for extended periods of time daily, both level and unlevel surfaces.
Drive & Operate various equipment on job site, lifts, 4-wheel carts, vehicle as needed.
Talk and hear at normal levels at all times.
See with close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and have the ability to adjust focus at all times.
