Chemonics seeks a Senior Associate, Procurement to join the Risk, Finance, and Compliance (RFC) Division. The procurement senior associate performs billable commodity procurements involving a variety of tasks, including processing procurement requisitions, tracking procurements, communicating with business unit (BU) teams and project offices, vendors, as well as administrative and logistical functions. They may also contribute to departmental work plan activities and other departmental initiatives. The senior associate supports BU teams and project offices to execute commodity procurements in accordance with applicable client regulations and Chemonics policies and practices. Support of BU teams and project offices is as defined by the principal duties and responsibilities listed below. The procurement senior associate is an individual contributor who applies their technical experience while also adhering to standard operating procedures. The senior associate is expected to execute day-to-day responsibilities independently, while engaging their supervisor and other senior department staff on more complex processes. While building their subject matter expertise, they also serve as a resource to more junior department staff. The Salary Range for this position is expected to be: $55,760 - $69,700.
An employee's pay position will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.
Overtime exemption status may change due to state regulatory requirements.
