We are seeking a Customer Service Associate FT to join our team! You will be responsible for creating and maintaining client accounts by data entry and assisting clients via email and phone communications.
Responsibilities:
- Handle client and customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update client and customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in client and customer service, data entry, medical billing, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients and customers
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 60 WPM typing
- Ability to use and understand Word, Excel, Access, and basic computer functionality
Hours:
- 8:00am - 4:00pm; Paid Hourly
- 30-minute Lunch Break; Paid
- 15-minute Break; Paid
