Cheetah Clean HQ is Hiring a Maintenance Manager Near Bowling Green, KY
completed effectively and timely. S/he will play a key role in project management, delegation and
installation oversight while also remaining hands on with tunnel equipment maintenance, repair and
installation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare for all tunnel construction and installation needs to maximize efficiency
Establish the standard for troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance and repair best practices,
and cleanliness
Perform tunnel equipment installation on newly constructed washes
Perform scheduled maintenance and needed repairs on corporate holdings and current stores
Maintain material and supply inventory
Understand strengths of each Maintenance Tech and delegate tasks with an eye on efficiency
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to identify repair needs
Keep washes running at optimal production; this may involve improvising short term fixes until a
more long-term solution can be implemented
Essential:
Minimum 3 years previous experience in industrial maintenance and/or equipment installation
Advanced understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic, conveyor, electrical and mechanical
systems
Understanding of plumbing and timing systems
High energy with the ability to handle hours of physical work
Highly organized
Deadline and detail oriented
Understanding of and experience with car wash tunnel equipment preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and work on feet for long hours in all weather conditions
Heavy Work that requires the ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally
Use of protective equipment such as ear plugs, safety glasses and gloves
