Summary: Supervises and coordinates activities of workers in delivery or sales distribution by performing the following duties.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two years of route sales experience, preferably conventional route experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should know Microsoft Word software, Paycom HRIS, and Encompass sales and accounting software.
Certificates and Licenses:
Class A/B CDL License meeting acceptable criteria.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises employees in the assigned distribution territory. Carries out supervisory responsibilities per the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
